Marama Davidson departs for Gaza

Green Party MP Marama Davidson left Auckland on Wednesday night to join the international Women’s Boat to Gaza, aiming to break the illegal 10 year Israeli blockade and to highlight the humanitarian crisis in the besieged Palestinian enclave. Marama’s whanau and over 100 supporters from many different organisations & backgrounds gave her a moving send-off. The Heikura kapahaka group from Manurewa Marae performed a stunning poroporoaki.

There has been no media coverage of this except on The daily Blog and te karere, surely this move by Gaza supporters warrants media exposure here. This is a well known Kiwi activist putting her life on the line. MSM bias AGAIN methinks
