Manal Tamimi: Freedom Flotilla ‘shows people still believe in justice for Palestinians’

VIDEO REPORT: TheRealNews, 27 June 2018.

Dimitri Lascaris reports from Cadiz, Spain after a huge welcome for the Gaza Freedom Flotilla. He speaks to Ahed Tamimi’s aunt, Manal Tamimi, who arrived in Cadiz to support the flotilla, and says her niece’s incarceration has only made her more determined.

The flotilla boats are now heading for Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, and Ajaccio, Corsica, before gathering in Sicily in mid-July for the journey to Gaza. New Zealand’s representative, veteran human rights campaigner & union leader Mike Treen will board the lead boat, the Al Awda, in Sicily. NZ/Palestinian yacht engineer, Youssef Sammour is a crewman on the ‘Freedom’.
